光纤记录通过光纤植入物收集目标区域的光子,测量植入光纤附近荧光强度。利用特殊的荧光染料或蛋白质荧光探针,将神经元中钙离子的浓度变化转化为荧光强度的变化,并通过光纤记录系统捕捉这些变化,来检测特定神经元的活动情况。
